In June 2007, Synjones undertook the construction of smart traffic signal system project in Saertu District of Daqing City launched by Daqing City Administration Bureau. The project consists of construction of network smart traffic signal control and command center smart traffic control platform in 26 intersections in Saertu District of Daqing, which realizes multi-scheme control, remote control, single point optimization, arterial coordination control, regional coordination control of intersection traffic signals, and the integrated management of the smart traffic signal control system.

In August 2010, when project of smart traffic was carried out in Daqing City, Synjones was mainly responsible for the construction or renovation of multi-functional e-police and security checkpoint system and construction of relevant backstage management system. Synjones newly constructed and renovated 36 sets of e-police, news constructed 25 sets of security checkpoint system in ring expressway network and intercity expressway network, and constructed the command center integrated control platform.

In April 2012, Synjones completed the construction of 30 interval speed measurement in the expressway for Daqing Public Security Bureau. The systems adopt high-definition cameras to capture, which integrate video / radar detection, automatic capture, and high-definition monitoring in one. At the same time, it realizes instant speed management and interval speed management, which solves the easy-to-avoid phenomenon of instant speed management. It has played an active role in making up for insufficient police force, strengthening night control, regulating traffic order, deterring traffic violations, preventing and reducing traffic accidents, etc.

In August 2014, Synjones took construction of multi-functional e-police system and security checkpoint overspeed detection system for Daqing Public Security Bureau, which includes 19 sets of multi-functional e-police system and 6 sets of security checkpoint overspeed detection system. The system adopts the most advanced capture unit in the industry, which integrates video detection, automatic capture, license plate identification, and high-definition video surveillance in one. Its video stream is up to 2752*2208 25 frames/sec. In addition to capture the phenomenon of running red light, it also can detect and capture automatically the illegal behavior of not following the guide lane, going in a direction not allowed by traffic regulations, driving on the white line, driving on the yellow line, running through the forbidden areas and others.

Up to now, data of e-police and checkpoints / overspeed detection in more than 200 intersections has been accessed to e-police and public security checkpoint integrated management and control platform in Daqing City, which realizes network deployment and control alarm, vehicle track query, illegal records upload, video monitoring and video management, equipment state display and fault alarm, statistical analysis of traffic flow and other functions.
